Prince of Persia: The Lost Crown
Ubisoft’s revamped classic, Prince of Persia: The Lost Crown, is expected to hit the shelves on January 18th. This game ushers the series back into its side-scrolling platformer roots with a modern twist.
Tekken 8, Like a Dragon: Infinite Wealth, Suicide Squad Kills The Justice League
On the fighting front, Tekken 8 fronts the genre taking full advantage of Unreal Engine 5 to power the new-gen consoles. RPG fans aren’t left out either. After multiple delays, the newly rebuilt Persona 3, developed for modern consoles, will hit the shelves. For real-time strategy enthusiasts, Homeworld 3 will finally emerge from its cryosleep on the 8th of March. In addition, the long-awaited Skull & Bones is finally set to set sail on the 16th of February.

Alone in the Dark, Dragon’s Dogma 2, Rise of the Ronin, Princess Peach: Showtime!
The gods of horror, Alone in the Dark, are set to return in a whole new storyline on March 20th. The same date also signals the arrival of Dragon’s Dogma 2 on Capcom’s popular RPG front. Rise of the Ronin, another PS5 exclusive open-world RPG, is also set to get released on March 22nd. And for the fans of the Nintendo universe, an interesting solo adventure, Princess Peach Showtime!, is also lined up for the same date.
Summer Releases
Black Myth Wukong, Warhammer 40K: Space Marine 2, Senua’s Saga: Hellblade II, STALKER 2: Heart of Chornobyl
- A long-waited drop right in the heart of summer, the Black Myth Wukong fluid combat-based RPG from the Chinese studio is set to release on August 20th.
- Warhammer 40,000 Space Marine 2 is also expected to hit the stores on September 9th, featuring a fresh blend of Warhammer’s 40k tabletop game.
- Senua’s Saga: Hellblade II and STALKER 2: Heart of Chernobyl are two Xbox series and PC-exclusive games that do not have a hard set release date, but they are both expected to ship sometime in 2024.

Star Wars Outlaws, Hades II, Metaphor: ReFantazio, Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door
Star Wars Outlaws, a GTA-style game with speeder bikes and blasters is shaping up to be an open world Star Wars game that focuses on the scum and villainy of a galaxy far, far away. Hades II from Super Giant Games, which followed its critically acclaimed first part, is expected to hit the floors sometime this year. Metaphor: ReFantazio, a brand new RPG from the creators of the Shin Megami Tensei and Persona series and a remake of the popular GameCube RPG, Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door, are also in the lineup.
Vampire: The Masquerade – Bloodlines 2, Visions of Mana, Avowed, Zenless Zone Zero
Vampire: The Masquerade – Bloodlines 2, being developed by Chinese Room is expected to be released in 2024. Fans of the loved Mana action RPG series will also be thrilled with the introduction of Visions of Mana. Avowed, Obsidian’s another RPG set in the Pillars of Eternity universe, is also lined up, while MiHoYo’s action RPG Zenless Zone Zero has also been announced.
